Extraordinary General Meeting

An
Extraordinary General Meeting has been called to allow
members’ discussion of,
and decisions on,
various issues pertaining to the Association becoming a
Community Amateur Sports Club.
This is a
matter of vital importance to the Association’s future
and so
it
is essential that this meeting is well attended.
All
members having been afforded the opportunity to attend
the EGM, non-attendance will infer satisfaction with the
Committee’s proposals.
However,
the matter will ultimately be decided by the votes of
those in attendance on the night.
An agenda
and detailed briefing paper will be emailed to members
this week.
