Blairgowrie, Rattray & District Angling Association      

Notice to Members and guests, 22nd April 2018       

The new owners of the Rattray Bank, West Grange Fishings (WGF), and the BRDAA Blairgowrie Bank are in agreement that until the end of May 2018 association members & guests may fish both banks.

 
From the 1st June 2018 the river will be split into two beats known as Upper beat (A) and Lower beat (B), which will be fishable as per the rota and map below.  Fishing is for Salmon, Sea trout, Brown trout & Grayling. Signs will be placed at beat boundaries where required.

All Salmon and Sea trout caught to be reported to either Grant Kellie 07411646192 or to tackle shops. Please observe TDSFB code. Salmon returns to secretary via website encouraged.

Access to waters above Blairgowrie Bridge on Blairgowrie bank remains for BRDAA members only.

Access to waters above Blairgowrie Bridge on Rattray bank remains for Rattray Bank owners and their guests only.

N.B. Lower beat is reserved for new owners WGF on Sat 19th May, BRDAA members and guests please fish upper beat only.

The pools opposite the lower part of Smedleys, Stannin, Pipe Line on Rattray Bank which is marked as No Fishing on map is now included in fishings owned by West Grange Fishing and may be fished as part of beat A.  Map details to be updated  ASAP
