From Monday 1st of November until Tuesday November 30th 2021 Fingask Loch will be open for boat fishing as follows to members and their sponsored guests.
Day Sessions are 9:30 AM to 5 PM (arrive at loch no earlier than 9AM please)
Members £10 per session. Guests £15 per session. Please phone 07485445762 to book a minimum of 1 day in advance.
The Association will continue to take precautions for its members and guests safety during the ongoing Covid-19 crisis. If no ghillie is available then the angler may be asked to sanitise boat & equipment used and secure boat and boathouse under verbal instruction from member / ghillie who is taking the booking.
All anglers are requested to follow rules as per Covid-19 notice on website regarding sanitising boats and social distancing and are asked to comply with ghillies instructions when required. If you are unsure please visit the website.
If new regulations are imposed by the Scottish Government restricting our sport, travel or distancing please adhere to them. Members sponsoring guests will be responsible for their guests conduct.Sponsors membership numbers to be known & given when booking.
Rainbow and Blue trout: Fishing by fly only, please treat fish with respect if fishing catch & release. Anglers must return any Brown trout caught.
Pike fishing: may be by fly, spinner or dead bait method.
A maximum of two rods/methods may be used e.g. dead bait rod and fly rod or spinning rod at any one time.
Small pike may be kept for eating with all pike over 4lbs to be returned.
Any angler using spinning tackle and catching blue or rainbow trout in excess may be asked to change tackle/method or leave the water.
If there is sufficient demand then the season may be extended until late December.
